Is Instant Coffee Real Coffee?

Yes. Premium instant coffee like Torch Republic starts with 100% Arabica coffee beans — the same quality beans used by specialty coffee roasters. The beans are roasted, brewed to concentration, then freeze-dried to create soluble powder. The process is different from traditional brewing, but the raw material is real, high-quality coffee. The quality difference between generic and premium instant coffee is real and noticeable in taste.
